Join our hero as he ventures down into the caverns, to an almost certain death. Joined by who he suspects might be the love of his life, they'll face obstacles and opponents that test that supposed love down to its core. Will Carwyn be able to overcome his doubts and fears? And will Gwenivier still be waiting for him when he does?
Netoria Tactics: Revolution is an erotic SRPG with a NTR theme. Said NTR is fully avoidable based on how you play the battles. Other members of the party will try to grope the pair, luring them over to their side. Based on your positioning you can avoid this, but you'll be at a major disadvantage in the battles. NTR possibilities include three different men trying to win Gwenivier's affections, a female rival for Gwenivier obsessed with Carwyn, and a male to female transformation for Carwyn leading to him becoming the groups play thing.
You can play the game with all perspectives enabled, or hide Gwenivier's, only seeing her corruption through context and overheard snippets of conversations. A walkthrough to getting the various routes and secrets is included in the game files.
The game is complete, but I plan to add some expansion content such as:
- "Golden" route for Carwyn
- Futa Gwen route
- More content for female Carwyn (including maybe a femboy route)

Female Carwyn Update:
- Added two new epilogues for Female Carywn routes
- Pirate: Female Carwyn corrupted and slut Gwenivier
- Dragoon: Female Carwyn corrupted and corrupted Vivian. Has variants for corrupted/pure Gwenivier.
- In later camp exploration scenes, if on the Female Carwyn route he'll explore camp in his female form with slightly different dialogue
- Near the end of the game, if on the Female Carwyn route, Carwyn will stay in his female form even in story scenes.
- Did some editing throughout the game to tighten things up a bit
- Fixed a bug where the Carwyn-Gwen netorase scene would trigger even if you hadn't gained points in that route

Regarding your last post about putting the gold version on itch: I would gladly buy a copy on itch because I'm from one of the countries where I couldn't buy your game through steam.
I know it's kinda late to ask considering the game is pretty much finished, but could we have a toggle option where a scene a plays everytime Gwen is away with another character in camp? It confused me to no end at first why I wasn't getting her POV when she was banging a dude each night, until I progressed in the story and realised I wasn't suppossed to, but even then I think it would be nice to have this as an on and off option.
Other people have asked for something similar, but those scenes don't exist. To accomplish what you want I'd have to write dozens of new scenes and probably make new art for them too. So it really isn't feasible, the existing scenes between Gwen and the various guys is all their is intended to be.
I meant as in a repeat of older scenes, with the dialouge that you hear as Carwyn, kinda like how the groping scenes work, but I understand. Thank you for replying, I discovered this game a couple days ago and played it yesterday for the first time, I can't wait to buy the gold version.
I just finished the entire game. You're a genius. You could only make this game this beautiful. Gwen's gradual abandonment of us is beautifully handled. You are an NTR god.
I was kind of expecting a lesbian gwen-carwyn but now that I've finally finished this it's a bit of a missed opportunity. I suppose it is somewhat impossible with the context being the curse? Either way, the Carwyn-Gwen routes kind of suck imo. At least for somebody more interested in the fem Carwyn lol
EDIT: I was also expecting an ending where both Gwen and Carwyn are together but a slut ending? I got a conversation where Gwen confronted Carwyn about them being a slut too but nothing comes of it?
I’ve been surprise by the quality of this game as a Fire Emblem and eroge fan, a good game with interesting stuff.
Having played two playthroughs so far, I’ve yet to see everything but one thing that I’ve seen during my first playthrough is that the recollection room is not “global”, so making a new game doesn’t link to it. Which can be normal and fine, but if I try to “End Exploration” in the recollection room, I get a crash while trying to save with no save added. Is there a way to complete the recollection room via multiple playthroughs or do I need to wait for a fix?
Another thing a bit annoying is that there is no way to go back to the main menu while in game.
As for the game itself, I may write a new post when I complete it more, so I will write a minor thing which I found it a bit sad that the dialogues did not really change during the groping after Gwen became a whore. Was expecting her to be more open or something but she has the same lines as her previous classes. That and I think Carwyn should be able to have the erotic/whore class too. But you wrote that more content may come for him so maybe later. :)
Will this game be available on android? Or can I play it with Joiplay?
This game is really fun! One of the few downsides with this engine though that I've seen from games using it, is that you can't really go back to replay levels. Maybe it's intentional to prevent exp/gold grinding, but I feel I want to level everyone to max and it's not possible with the limited exp source in the game lol
Also surprised there wasn't an erotic dancer/whore class change for Carwyn similar to Gwen. I was hoping for it since that's what it seemed the route was leading too with both being, well, whores. Are/were there plans for Carwyn to be able to change classes similar to Gwen with enough loyalty decreased? Or would that be too much work?

I just found out about this game from a YouTube recommendation and couldn't put it down, I played through the whole thing in like two nights.
I was wondering a couple questions before I start my next run.
Is there a way to guarantee that Gwen or fem Carwyn get molested in between turns? It felt like sometimes it could go entire maps where I put them in position and nothing would happen.
Also will Vivian make a move on female Carwyn? Because I like that pairing in battle but I want to corrupt Carwyn as fast as possible

It's a random chance based on the groping character's lust chance. You can force the effects though, like raising the corruption of the groped character, by using the movement commands on them.
Vivian will not grope female Carwyn or get in a relationship with him if he has too much corruption.
This actually got recommended to me as a strategy game. I was surprised at how fun the gameplay was.
The Vivienne stuff felt lacking tbh. Her constantly having to be near Dr. Wiwy and his Robot Masters to keep their narcolepsy at bay with nothing happening seemed like a missed opportunity.
This is one of my favorite games I've found on here. I'm always exited for your next update. I hope you decide to do the femboy route.

Same. I'm so sick and tired of Joiplay saying it can play .exe but 50% of the .exe games I install I have to trash.
I have no control over how Joiplay works, but the game is made in SRPG Studio, not RPGMaker. So I don't think Joiplay ever claimed to be able to play it.
It's supposed to be able to play any .exe games that are jrpgs, but it being made in SRPG explains why the plugins didn't work.
Having checked your Patreon page, I can see that the projected schedule for this game will likely have to be adjusted (possibly due to Kingofrings additional involvement) as the final pages for the script are still in the writers' room. The writing thus far has been quite entertaining, so I'm all for editing and reworks until it has a polish you're satisfied with.
That said, I did have a query: is the new time scale more likely to be April / June / July / Sept for the remainder of Netoria on itch, or might longer pauses be necessary to allow continued parallel developmental work for Futa Oasis and/or Naked Ambition?
Everything is still pretty much on schedule. The public version of Chapter 5 will be out Friday. The end of story update might be delayed a little bit past April, but it shouldn't be by a lot.
How do you access the convoy? I purchased a robe but can't figue out how to use it...
It's called the Item Stash and you can access from the manage menu, or in battle. The robe will be in the miscellaneous items tab.

I read critiques towards this game and felt strong desire to write you. I really-really like this game. Even love, yeah. I don't know why I open this project on the itcho, but it was great find, I am really happy to find such a dev. I tried to play other erotic games earlier, (not yours) but dropped it every time, just boring and primitive. But this time... I enjoyed this game from the start, each part of it. Fantastic writing and deep well-plotted controversial heroes, dark lore, humor, nice art, cool music. And actual gameplay... it's interesting and hard enough (normal difficult), so I like this aspect of the game as much as anything else - Fire emblem fan in me highly approves it.
And special thanks for the Gwin POV (with whom I can associate myself) and Calywen female form - as a female player I enjoy playing (watching?) for them both. I would also like to say a few words about male characters. Well, they are good and... human? Not crazy sex machines raping all in row, but understandable heroes, having simple desires and objectives. All human beings, shaped by this hell of the world. Not good or bad, just living their life. I felt not a drop of aversion towards male characters as it happens in other erotic games. Believe me, in my opinion, you did fantastic work writing them.
I extremely like the dynamics between male Calwen and other characters, so much teasing, jokes and mutual mistrust. Really interesting to watch how change their relationships. JOE IS the gorgeous! Love this sassy cobold!

Love the game. Fantastic work on the story. I had a really issue with skipping texts and scenes by hitting the wrong mouse button so that was annoying.
Wish there was more actual sex scenes between Carwyn and Gwenivier to start with. They really don't seem like a couple at all. At most both have unspoken and unreturned love for each other. Which kinda takes away from the NTR aspect of it for me. I think it would be cooler to have them very a settled couple or a previous couple, or better yet player agency to determine if/when they have sex during the early part. It just feels like two separate people with minimal relationship, I am sure with more it will flesh out as it got better as it went along.
Really would love options/route for the whole party to fuck eachother. Would love the relationships to not be mutually exclusive. So MC could pursue all the other NPCs as both a girl and guy.

I'm glad you like it! I'm not too bothered by the hate, I expected it. It's a very divisive genre after all. But there's been a lot of people who have been really liking it which is great. I had tons of fun writing the NTR, it's so refreshing to write some erotica that has actual conflict in it. Doing the same scenes over and over again about people who get along and like each other gets really tiring, there's just no drama in it. Interpersonal drama, it's the cornerstone of literature.
That's why in Futa Oasis I loved writing Parisa, the actively antagonistic relationship gave so much more space to write entertaining scenes. And then people expected it to become softer and loving over time, but if I did that it would have stopped being so fun haha

You make it sound as though NTR is the only conflict that could accomplish that, but to be fair I'm not familiar with the Futa Oasis thing.
There are others, but it's pretty hard to add conflict to sex without it becoming rape, since that's kind of the definition of rape.
You can have the pursuit take a long time and be sort of antagonistic, which I've done a lot of.
So your future games will have ntr as well? :/
Some of them will, yeah. My big new project coming out in a few months doesn't have any in it though.

If you're reading this and thinking about downloading the game here is my opinion. I will first acknowledge that this game is obviously still in development so please take my ratings with a grain of salt. I also literally cannot comprehend the difficult process of making a game. And I would like to thank the creator for making this game, you should consider donating to him.
Story: 8/10
I personally do not like NTR, but you can play through routes that dont contain it. Nevertheless the writing is actually pretty good, especially for a porn game. However, the scenes have to be EARNED, unless you go the NTR route, nevertheless, when I was playing through I pretty much played the celibate route, did not transform at all, positioned correctly, but also did not contribute to getting scenes with the main girl. As a result, I played through the entire game without getting a single scene.
Art: 8/10
The art seems to be all over the place, simple images are simply placed on top of each other due to the low budget. So please donate. But I personally love the cartoony style much more than 3d renders other games might have. The game art is alright, however the pixel art,
Gameplay/Feel: 6/10
Listen, I personally do not like SRPG's, but, playing this felt like ui hell. The controls are annoying, and when I first loaded the game it took me a couple of minutes to even figure out how to leave a menu. The gameplay was alright, the enemies do actually engage you, and even on easy mode, its actually quite hard. (I dont know if that is just me being bad or me playing the golden route) But, it can feel a bit boring sometimes.
Replayability: 5/10
I dont like playing games again. But even if you do, there isnt much gameplay wise to earn playing again. Regardless the game seems tedious when played through again.
Other things: 7/10
If you want to play this game through and then see the other routes then you are in moderate luck as if you play though you unlock the scenes, however, the game being in early development, does have some issues with letting you see all of it, ( I can only unlock the first 5 scenes on some of the characters) I often found myself not knowing what to do, as I did not read the tutorial. However one thing I can absolutely get behind is the fact that you have to earn all of the scenes (unless you enjoy ntr( which by the way, I wish there was more non ntr things in the game, as it seems ntr scenes happen, but non ntr has to be earned, however that may just be part of the game))
Thanks for your review. A few things to note:
You can skip all the gameplay when replaying it via choosing the "story" difficulty at the start. This will skip all battles for you, good for just trying to see other outcomes or if you don't like SRPGs at all.
The lack of non-NTR scenes is only for this initial release. There are scenes for Carwyn and Gwenivier, Carwyn and Vivian, and fem Carwyn as well as more in the update next month.
Is this one of those games where the non ntr routes involve the male protag having a smaller dick than everyone, and he's terrible at sex? You know making the route entirely unsatisfying/pointless for people interested in the non ntr routes? Or is it a proper route, with a comparable number of sex scenes to the cuck routes, male protag is actually good at fucking the girls with ahegaos etc? If its a proper serious route with content, then I'm game.

The non-NTR route is a regular happy romance. Carywn is plenty good at sex. There's slightly less CGs for that route compared to any of the NTR ones, but that's just because the NTR ones start earlier in the game.
There's no harem route, but yes the other guys get pretty annoyed if Carwyn keeps Gwenivier.
How much money do I have to give to get a harem ending to really stick it to the other guys where they're seething about being utterly cucked? The game needs a golden ending to balance out all of the ntr.

wtf why does Carwyn only get 1 potential partner?
Carwyn has three potential pairings. Gwenivier, Vivian, and the other guys as his female form.
But he only has one other female then Gwenivier, how is that fair. Why arent there 2 more females in the party?
Vivian is another female party member who joins mid game. So Carwyn has two female romance options.
And Gwenivier has 4. Why?
There's a limit to how much content can be in the game? Why not have 500 pairings?
But if you look at it from another perspective, Carwyn has more variety. Gwenivier only has Carwyn, or three flavors of NTR. Carwyn has Gwenivier, Vivian, and being used by the rest of the other guys in the group. So he has a five person to four person advantage over Gwenivier.
Not going to lie I think this is a kind of a fun game. I am not into NTR, but if you are good at the game, you can avoid it, which gives it a really cool feel and another incentive to do well. Not simply porn that you click on, but an actual GAME that has nsfw elements.
